...before 12 noon will be delivered in Priority Signature (delivery 24/48 hours - package of 29CHF.HT invoiced). Only on express request of the customer when ordering, the products can be delivered by La Poste in Eco Signature (delivery 72/96 hours - package 19CHF.HT invoiced), or in Express Signature (delivery the next day before 9:00 - package 39CHF.HT invoiced) or IN-NIGHT (next day delivery before 6:00 a.m. - package of 49CHF.HT invoiced).
Nota Bene : The products remain the property of PURE Medical Device SA until full payment of the invoice.
To pay
The payments are to be made 30 days from the date of delivery, in Swiss Francs by transfer to the UBS Switzerland AG, rue des Noirettes 35, CH-1227 Carouge (GE) - SUISSE - Account: PURE Medical Device SA (Account number: 0279 00394812.01B – IBAN CH13 0027 9279 3948 1201 B / BIC : UBSWCHZH80A). Beyond this 30-day period, a penalty of 10% will be applied to the total amount of the unpaid delivery. In the event of repeated arrears, the customer account will be closed. After 30 days of receipt of goods, no product can be returned to PURE Medical Device SA without the agreement of management.
